We're looking for proven sales professionals in Middle Tennessee who know how to close. This is NOT an entry-level sales position. THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales Associate with Duck Duck Fence , you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in installing or replacing a fence. No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide the appointments. Your job is to show up, understand what the homeowner needs, build the right solution, present the options, and close the deal. You'll receive company-generated appointments and have the opportunity to build a substantial sales pipeline throughout Middle Tennessee . For the right person, this position can grow into a Sales Manager opportunity as we continue to grow our sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run company-provided in-home sales appointments Meet with homeowners and understand their fencing needs Measure properties and build accurate estimates Present fencing options, pricing, financing, and warranties Follow Duck Duck Fence's proven sales process Ask for the business and close deals Follow up aggressively on open opportunities Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM Communicate effectively with customers and the production team Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through the sale

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who: Has a proven track record in sales Consistently ranks near the top of their sales team Is comfortable closing high-ticket purchases Is competitive and highly motivated by income Can build trust quickly with homeowners Is confident asking for the sale Takes coaching seriously Is disciplined with follow-up Wants to be held accountable to measurable results Doesn't need to be micromanaged Wants the opportunity to grow into a leadership role Experience in home improvement, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, remodeling, automotive, or other high-ticket sales is a major plus.

Pay:
