Job Description
Role Summary As a Lead Coordinator , you are our frontline connection with new leads and existing clients. You will manage incoming calls, respond quickly to inquiries, qualify potential projects, and book appointments for the Client Solution Advisors (CSAs). Your role is critical in building trust early and ensuring prospects and clients feel heard, informed, and ready to engage with our team. What You'll Do Answer inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and web inquiries in a professional, prompt manner Rapidly follow up with new leads (high speed-to-lead ) to maintain momentum Qualify prospects by gathering key details (project goals, timeline, address, scope, and budget) Book walk-through appointments for Client Solution Advisors (CSAs) Follow up with leads who have not yet booked an appointment Route existing clients and non-sales calls to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM Deliver a high-quality first impression through clear communication and attention to detail Reconnect with leads that went cold during the sales process to re-engage and book appointments Follow up with completed projects to help secure positive online reviews Contact inactive and dormant customers to generate new opportunities Success Metrics You'll be judged by: Speed to lead (how fast you respond and follow up) Appointments booked (quality and quantity) Show rate (appointments that actually happen) CRM accuracy and follow-through Typing proficiency Qualifications Sales experience preferred (inside sales, customer service, call center, receptionist) Construction experience preferred but not required Strong communicator (phone, email, text) Energetic, coachable, and goal-oriented Ability to learn systems and CRM processes quickly Compensation Structure Competitive Hourly wage Performance bonus for every sent proposal Growth pathway toward CSA role Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Opportunity to learn real construction sales skills Meaningful role in a people-first company with strong client reviews Regular feedback, coaching, and performance tracking
