What You'll Do:

Knock 2-3 hours/day, 5 days/week + network with insurance agents & realtors Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (we train you) Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations Own the full sales cycle—estimate, close, and follow up Use CRM, social media, and local events to build pipeline Earn client trust—and referrals—with professionalism and grit

Requirements:

Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed (sales experience not required). Clean, insurable driving record + valid license Physically able to climb roofs and work outdoors Reside in Middle TN, fluent in English, pass background/drug check Comfortable with outbound sales and commission-only structure
