Job Description

G Home is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gutterglove Inc. G Home makes obtaining professionally installed gutter protection simple, honest, and affordable. As a proven and trusted supplier of leading gutter protection solutions, we also help customers with superior home services, starting from new construction! Our services extend beyond gutter protection installation - we also offer pressure and soft washing services and post-construction cleanouts in new home communities. G Home is Home Services Evolved. The Sales Support & Field Marketing Specialist assists the commercial sales team with multiple tasks to meet the high demand for G Home services for businesses throughout the Nashville marketplace. The role involves coordinating with the commercial sales team to help manage pipelines, improving quality of quoting and information sent to prospective clients, and assisting with field marketing efforts to help drive G Home brand awareness and drive incremental sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales representatives by producing accurate and timely quotes for services including gutter installation, gutter protection systems, pressure washing, soft washing, dryer vent cleaning, post-construction clean outs, and apartment clean outs. Perform on-site and Google Earth Pro provided measurements and property assessments for commercial prospects and multi-family properties. Determine dryer vent counts for apartment complexes and document findings clearly. Collect and communicate field data to sales and operations teams. Support smooth transfers from sales to production Handle incoming calls from the G Home commercial consumer Input new and existing customer information into the company CRM and FSM Send necessary sales and marketing information to prospective clients Represent the company at Home Builders Association events, trade shows, and community events. Assist with booth setup, staffing, and teardown. Engage builders, property managers, and homeowners to promote services. Capture and follow up on leads generated from events. Enter measurements, notes, and leads into CRM systems. Maintain organized records of site visits and quotes. Assist with reporting on lead generation and event performance. May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a sales or marketing organization. Some experience in powerful CRMs, including HubSpot and FSMs. Experience in the handling of incoming calls, emails and other related consumer communication methods. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to develop a solid rapport with team members and customers. Must have meticulous grammar, editing, writing, and communication skills. Must have the ability to set and manage priorities, meet established commitments, and adapt seamlessly to changes. Must display the ability and high degree of willingness to provide a high-level of professional service to both team members and customers.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required 4-year college degree or equivalent in sales and/or marketing desired

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
