RuCo Orthodontics is a doctor owned, growing orthodontic practice just outside Nashville with our second location in Madison/ Goodletsville and we're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can guide patients through their orthodontic journey with clarity, empathy, and calm confidence. You'll be the person who helps patients understand their treatment plan, financial options, and what their future smile will look like. If you enjoy connecting with people and keeping the flow of a busy practice running smoothly, this role may feel like home.
