Mockingbird Roofing is expanding in Murfreesboro and Rutherford County and hiring experienced roofing sales professionals who can run leads, generate additional opportunities, work insurance claims, and close. Compensation Option 1: 10-50-50 Profit Split 10% overhead, then remaining profit is split 50/50 Reach $1M in sales and overhead permanently drops to 5% No sliding commission scale Option 2: 8% of ACV Earn 8% of total contract value Paid when the customer's deposit check is collected Choose the compensation structure that works for you. Experienced reps can build beyond those opportunities through storm neighborhoods, referrals, networking, canvassing, and follow-up. You're not limited to the leads you're given. The more business you create and close, the more you can earn. What You'll Do Run company-provided roofing leads Inspect roofs and identify storm damage Meet directly with homeowners Navigate insurance restoration claims Present solutions and close contracts Generate additional business and referrals Manage your pipeline from inspection through sale Who We're Looking For Roofing sales experience strongly preferred Insurance restoration/claims knowledge preferred Proven closing ability Comfortable generating additional business Strong communication and follow-up skills Able to begin producing with minimal training Reliable transportation Mockingbird is a growing Middle Tennessee roofing company with company leads, direct access to ownership, straightforward compensation, and room for proven producers to advance.
