Located at the outside pay station, this is often the first interaction guests have with our brand and car wash experience. This is an incredibly impactful and income-driven role in the car wash lot with great visibility throughout the RipTide organization. It's your time to shine!

Present the value-based sales pitch (provided in training) with authority and confidence, helping our guests decide which is best for them

Handle guest membership questions and plan changes, including downselling to those wanting to cancel

What You'll Get:

Hourly Pay:

$15.00-$18.00/hour + unlimited commission opportunity per membership sold. Bi-weekly pay cycle.

Work Hours:

Open availability preferred, weekends are required and offer the most sales and commission opportunities

Paid Time Off:

First Year:

Employees earn PTO at a rate of 2 hours per bi-weekly pay period, up to a maximum of 52 hours per year

Second Year:

Employees earn PTO at a rate of 4 hours per bi-weekly pay period, up to a maximum of 104 hours per year

Third Year:

Employees earn PTO at a rate of 6 hours per bi-weekly pay period, up to a maximum of 156 hours per year
