Automotive Sales Consultant Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs, explain vehicle features and financing options, and provide an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing/leasing options Conduct test drives and answer customer questions Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive trends Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements Follow up with leads and previous customers to build long-term relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Valid driver's license and clean driving record Basic computer and CRM skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive sales Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing Bilingual skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Performance bonuses and incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid training Employee vehicle discounts Career growth opportunities Work Environment Fast-paced dealership environment with opportunities to interact with a wide range of customers and automotive brands.
