We are the fulfillment backbone behind growing online brands.
Why this role is cool:
One of our founders was on Shark Tank, so we get strong inbound interest from e-commerce brands, founder networks, referrals, and our marketing channels. You'll work directly with our founders and sales team. This is a fast-track sales role. The goal is to help you move into a Sales Representative / Account Executive position quickly if you perform well. You'll be onsite in Addison, Texas, working from our actual fulfillment center, not some random office. You'll get hands-on exposure to 3PL, fulfillment, e-commerce operations, sales calls, pricing, onboarding, and how real brands scale. What you'd be doing: Contacting inbound leads quickly through phone, email, text, and social. Doing cold outreach to e-commerce brands that may need a better fulfillment partner. Setting qualified appointments for our sales reps and founders. Following up with prospects until they book, show up, or are clearly not a fit. Keeping HubSpot clean, organized, and updated daily. Researching brands before outreach so your messages are relevant. Helping qualify leads based on order volume, product type, current fulfillment setup, and growth goals. Working closely with the sales team to make sure every booked call has the right notes, context, and expectations. What we're looking for: Someone who is comfortable making calls, sending messages, and following up consistently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and reliable. HubSpot/CRM discipline matters a lot in this role. Experience in appointment setting, SDR, BDR, sales development, or cold outreach is preferred. 3PL, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required. Someone hungry who wants to grow into a sales role quickly. Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, email sequences, LinkedIn, and sales automation. Dallas area or willing to work onsite in Addison.What you get:
