In this role, you will be the key driver of new client acquisition: engaging prospects, conducting onsite assessments, and delivering tailored cleaning solutions through a consultative sales approach. If you are energetic, results-driven, and skilled at building relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to combine your sales expertise with a growing service industry while making a direct impact on company success. Responsibilities Generate new business through lead follow-up, networking, and outbound efforts Conduct onsite visits to assess client needs, gather details, and identify opportunities Develop and present customized proposals that highlight service value and quality Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support Negotiate pricing and contracts to close profitable deals Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service onboarding and client satisfaction Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, AirTable, PandaDoc) Continuously follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales cycle Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or service-based industries Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite visits required Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, AirTable, or similar) preferred
Pay:
$65,000.00 (base salary per year) + Capped commissions
