Job Description

Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team! Experience is a plus—but not required. If you have great people skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed, we'll provide all the training and tools you need to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget Build strong relationships with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction Stay up to date on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, goal-driven attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous sales or customer service experience a plus, but not required
