We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Salesperson who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team at McAndrew Motors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving people, have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base. As a Bilingual Salesperson, you will play a key role in providing a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the vehicles we offer, including features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Listen to customers' needs and preferences, and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles that meet their requirements. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting dealership sales targets. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the dealership's CRM system. Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
