You will provide exceptional service and customized solutions for every guest and member in order to increase member growth and retention. Responsibilities Present, promote and sell our Wellness Program, additional services and products that best fits our client's needs Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through warm calling Book appointments Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Requirements and skills Must be 18 years old Sales superstars who aren't afraid to take the lead in connecting clients to memberships, services, and retail products to support the mission of total body care. Bonus points for previous retail or sales experience. Masters of customer service who makes everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone. Bonus points for previous customer service experience.
