Job Description

This is a sales role built for someone who wants to own the Austin architecture and design community. You'll be the go-to contact for A&D firms, building relationships that turn into specified commercial furniture business. Whether you're a designer looking to move into sales or an experienced rep already selling into this market, this role rewards relationship-building and consultative selling with real earning upside. Responsibilities Prospect and build relationships with architecture and interior design firms across the Austin market Present and sell commercial furniture solutions tailored to client and project needs Partner with the design and furniture teams to develop compelling proposals and packages Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through specification and close Attend industry events, AIA/IIDA functions, and networking opportunities to build the firm's presence in the A&D community Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM Stay current on furniture trends, finishes, and competitive offerings Skills and Experience Background in interior design, architecture, or commercial furniture sales (any of these paths welcome) Existing relationships within the Austin A&D community a strong plus Confident, consultative sales style — comfortable presenting to designers, architects, and end clients Self-motivated with strong follow-through and pipeline management Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits and Culture $65,000-$85,000 base plus uncapped commission Genuine autonomy to build and own your territory within the Austin market Strong product and design support behind you — you're never selling alone Direct access to an established showroom and design team to help close business Health benefits, PTO, and standard company holidays A performance-driven culture where top producers are recognized and rewarded
