Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate specializing in Heavy Duty Truck Parts and Industrial Supply Sales. Duties Assist customers in selecting the appropriate heavy-duty truck parts, accessories, and supplies to meet their specific needs. Manage inventory levels through inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock management of automotive parts and accessories. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, personalized service, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders promptly, coordinate stock replenishment, and optimize inventory management strategies. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves, managing automotive parts management systems like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and ensuring product displays are appealing. Assemble hydraulic hoses and adaptors. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments specializing in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, automotive diagnostics, and automotive repair processes. Familiarity with inventory management tools, POS systems. Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service expertise to close sales effectively. Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Knowledge of automotive parts sales, auto parts and accessories sales, and automotive service procedures is essential. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment processes. Good math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and inventory control. Strong communication skills including phone etiquette; ability to explain technical details clearly to clients. Mechanical troubleshooting skills related to vehicle systems will be advantageous for assisting customers effectively.
