Full Job Description Job Title:

Sales Rep Reports to: Account Executive SUMMARY The Sales Rep will work cooperatively with the other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and exceed customer expectations. The SR position is a client advocate and is at the forefront of helping maintain successful client relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering phones & responding to customer emails Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction Product knowledge with the ability to suggestive sell Attend networking events if needed Help develop and maintain strong client relationships Assist & facilitate in showroom visits by clients Manage time efficiently Support any management personnel as needed

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Visibility of work requires attention to detail and thoroughness. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of an Associates or Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Work requires willingness to work a traditional office week. Industry experience a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel and week night and/or weekend work.
