Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to help us grow our customer base and increase our sales. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales. However, this is also a customer relationship management (CRM) position, as you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from existing clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
Identify new leads or avenues for growth Call leads to offer our products Close deals with new leads Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company standards Take calls from clients to maintain the relationship Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Marketing:
Campaign Strategy:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to increase brand awareness.
Content Creation:
Produce technical and educational content, such as brochures, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze campaign data, SEO performance, and lead quality metrics to optimize marketing spend and strategy As well as: Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or nationally. Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company. Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals. Creates a business development database in order to evaluate performance and organize client and prospective client information. Fosters beneficial relationships with potential customers.
Skill Set:
Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth. Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies. Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior. Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share. Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships. Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities. Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue. Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue. Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability Exhibits strong motivation to make sales. Is detail-oriented and able to multitask. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems. Exhibits excellent communication skills. Is an extremely flexible and adaptable self-starter.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience blending business development, lead generation, and marketing execution.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft persuasive proposals and speak confidently to diverse audiences.
Tech-Savviness:
Proficiency with CRM software (VinSolutions), digital marketing platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
