Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Experienced Salesman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, develop new business opportunities, and manage a robust sales pipeline within the oilfield equipment sector. Your expertise in negotiation, and customer relationship building will be essential to driving high-end sales and achieving company growth objectives. Responsibilities Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. Conduct outside sales visits to client sites, showcasing our services and solutions tailored to their needs. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Upsell additional services or products to maximize revenue and enhance customer value. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining ongoing communication. Requirements Proven experience in automotive industry sales or dealership environments with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Demonstrated skills in outside sales, negotiation, and deal closing. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for client communication across diverse markets. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, phone etiquette, and client communication. Ability to cold call, conduct outbound sales activities, and build lasting customer relationships. Knowledge of automotive industry standards such as high-end sales techniques, upselling strategies, and dealership operations is advantageous. Have a list of customers and client you can go after.
