Successful representatives must be skilled in communicating Labatt's unique strengths and how the company is different in its industry. Job Responsibilities Present Labatt's unique business model to potential food-away-from-home customers. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementing a new customer relationship. Build and maintain quality customer relations with the goal of forming long-lasting relationships. Personal Profile Active communicator with great listening skills. Has the patience and takes the necessary time to understand the customer's needs and problems. A skill for observing other people and thinking of ways to help them.
