Working face-to-face with members of the public, you'll help raise awareness of the campaign's mission, inspire support, and give people the opportunity to contribute towards life-changing humanitarian work. Along the way, you'll develop valuable sales, communication, customer service, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching and practical experience. What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Representative, you'll represent the campaign at professionally organised promotional events, mall and plaza locations, and pop-up sites, engaging directly with members of the public throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Starting genuine conversations and creating positive first impressions. Educating people about the campaign's global humanitarian work and the impact of ongoing support. Building trust and rapport through confident, face-to-face communication. Answering questions, overcoming objections, and helping supporters make informed decisions. Delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual and team performance goals. Representing the campaign with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Attending daily coaching sessions to strengthen your sales, communication, and leadership skills. Working collaboratively within a supportive, high-energy team environment.
