We function as an authorized field sales distributor channel for the nation's largest fiber optic internet, television, and wireless networks—including AT&T, Frontier, and DIRECTV. We provide our field agents with cutting-edge mobile ordering software (SARA Plus), master carrier promotions, and an airtight sales infrastructure, allowing driven individuals to build a lucrative, independent career with an uncapped earning potential.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Field-Based Sales Execution:

Conduct face-to-face, Door-to-Door (D2D) neighborhood canvas sweeps to audit current residential utility bills and present upgraded carrier alternatives.

Customer Order Management:

Utilize an iPad or cellular-enabled tablet to run live address data checks, verify network port availability, and process customer orders on-site via the SARA Plus portal.

Promotional Campaign Mastery:

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of active regional carrier promotions, fiber grid expansions, and equipment fee waivers to maximize household value drops.

Territory Compliance:

Map and track assigned local neighborhood grids within Ennis and surrounding Ellis County sectors, maintaining high integrity and professional standards at every door.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Age Limit:

Must be 18 years of age or older to legally process carrier consumer contracts and satisfy master network compliance.

Field Technology:

Must possess your own reliable cellular-enabled tablet (iPad or Android equivalent) capable of processing live web-portal transactions on the turf.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel daily between designated neighborhood grids across the local territory.

Work Ethic:

Exceptional physical and mental endurance, with the drive to consistently execute a high volume of face-to-face field knocks in the Texas climate.

EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES

Prior Experience Required:

NONE. This is an entry-level position. We prioritize an aggressive work ethic, thick skin, and a coachable attitude over a corporate resume. Helpful Backgrounds (Not Mandatory): Previous experience in customer service, retail, food service, landscaping, athletics, military, door-to-door marketing, or general face-to-face communication is a plus. Full product training is provided via our digital academy and field shadowing.
