RESPONSIBILITIES

Input every lead and customer and their information into the database (Dealersocket). Be able to communicate effectively over the internet, phone and in person, through email and text. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Build strong rapport with customers. Prepare & present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled & ready for display. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of the vehicles. Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.

REQUIREMENTS

To be extremely driven, self-sufficient, punctual, and detail oriented. Be able to work well with your peers and be a part of the team. Not have an issue with rejection or take things personally. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. Prepared to be a "sponge" with Sales Managers and experienced team members. Eager to learn about the automotive industry. Be outgoing with a friendly personality. Have quality customer service skills. Possess strong communication skills.
