Join a Fast-Growing Pest Control Company! Metroplex Pest Services is seeking motivated, energetic, and self-driven Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base throughout the DFW Metroplex. If you're a confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and controlling your own income, this is an excellent opportunity with uncapped earning potential. This is a 100% commission-based position , making it ideal for individuals who are highly motivated and want to earn based on their performance. What You'll Do Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door sales. Educate homeowners about Metroplex Pest Services' pest control solutions. Generate new customer accounts and service agreements. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times. Qualifications Previous door-to-door, outside sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Requirements Reliable personal transportation is required. Valid driver's license preferred. Smartphone for communication and customer management. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
