Type:
full-time Job Responsibilities Review and approve payments, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and authenticity of payment workflows. Perform reconciliation activities, covering inter?company, external customer and vendor reconciliations.
Document archiving:
Complete document filing in compliance with company requirements.
Financial closing:
Efficiently and timely execute monthly?end and year?end closing for the AP module.
Audit support:
Provide accurate and timely AP?related documentation upon requests from internal and external auditors.
Analytics:
Prepare timely and accurate AP?related analyses, including but not limited to aging?of?payables reports and other AP analytics required by management. Support for policies, procedures and system enhancements: Be familiar with corporate policies, collaborate cross?functionally to refine company?wide policies, workflows and systems. Perform other ad?hoc tasks assigned by management. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in accounts payable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as the strong sense of urgency. Can-do attitude with learning agility.
