Overview Join our dynamic team as a full-time Aerie & OFFLINE Sales Leader, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a retail sales team, manage daily operations, and foster a vibrant shopping environment. Your leadership will inspire team members, enhance store performance, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals through effective coaching, training, and development. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Manage employee orientation, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Handle all aspects of sales management including POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, cashiering, cash handling, and customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Supervise shift management by organizing schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout each shift. Conduct regular inventory control activities such as stock counting, purchasing decisions, and inventory audits to optimize product availability. Implement operational procedures related to payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, budgeting, and store maintenance to support overall business health. Experience Proven management experience in retail sales or store leadership roles with a focus on supervising teams within the retail industry. Strong knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales tracking, and financial reporting. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and recruiting top talent. Experience with POS systems, inventory management tools, cash handling procedures, and operational management software. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication and organizational skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Prior experience in retail management roles such as assistant manager or supervisor is highly desirable; familiarity with grocery or fashion retail environments is advantageous.
