What You'll Do Every day is different, but your primary focus will be generating new residential customers through face-to-face sales.

Responsibilities include:

Door-to-door neighborhood prospecting Speaking with homeowners and identifying their needs Performing basic exterior home inspections when appropriate Presenting customized treatment recommendations Closing recurring service agreements Following up on warm leads and referrals Working community events, home shows, neighborhood festivals, and local networking opportunities Building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Logging activity and leads into our CRM Compensation 8-Week Reducing Training Draw We invest in our salespeople while they build their pipeline. Your guaranteed weekly draw gradually decreases as your commissions grow. Weeks 1-2: $750/week draw Weeks 3-4: $600/week draw Weeks 5-6: $450/week draw Weeks 7-8: $250/week draw Week 9+: 100% Commission Your draw is simply an advance against future commissions during training.
