WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a professional sales position centered on homeowners throughout the Houston area. You will build relationships, identify roofing needs, and help customers make informed decisions while developing your own sales ability.
You will:
Build qualified roofing opportunities through neighborhood and community outreach. Inspect roofing conditions and communicate findings in a clear, professional way. Help homeowners understand restoration and insurance processes. Stay connected with customers and project partners from agreement through completion. You will also participate in ride-alongs, ongoing mentorship, and weekly coaching sessions. Every interaction is an opportunity to sharpen your communication, organization, and sales skills.
