Pre-Need Sales Counselor A well-established, family-owned Death Care Company is seeking a Pre-Need Sales Counselor to join their growing team! We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing funeral and direct cremation team. If you're a self-starter who enjoys networking, building trust, and helping families plan ahead, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Generate pre-need sales through networking, referrals, and community outreach. Meet with families to discuss pre-planning and direct cremation options. Build relationships with referral sources and community partners. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records. Meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Sales experience preferred (funeral service, insurance, or other consultative sales). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
