What You'll Do:

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement Collaborate with management and finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities Execute additional duties to support dealership and organizational goals
