Sales Commission Position:

Full-Time Frontera Radiators & Parts Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative for our Horizon location. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, responsible, customer-focused, and motivated by sales. This position combines customer service, account management, and active prospecting for new business. Key Responsibilities Assist and follow up with existing customers. Prospect and develop new customers in Horizon, East El Paso, and assigned areas. Make outbound sales calls and visit potential customers. Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales. Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Re-engage inactive accounts and develop new commercial accounts. Promote automotive and heavy-duty cooling products, including radiators, condensers, A/C compressors, cooling fans, and charge air coolers. Follow up on orders, deliveries, and special orders. Meet individual sales and customer-growth goals. Maintain organized customer and prospect follow-up. Support the Horizon branch team as needed. Qualifications Sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable making sales calls and approaching new customers. Self-motivated, dependable, and organized. Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based earnings. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits $13.00 per hour base pay. Sales commission in addition to hourly pay. Full-time position. Product and sales training.
