We pride ourselves in creating a personalized and unique experience for each bride that visits our boutique. As a stylist you will help our bride's bring their ideas together as they try on different styles and find THE ONE! If you are ready to be a team player and help our bride's celebrate one of their most special days we are excited to meet you!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Retail Experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude & growth mindset High attention to detail Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50lbs Able to stand & walk sales floor for extended periods of time

Work Hours:

Availability Tuesday-Saturday Saturdays are a must this is non negotiable 7-8 hour shifts We are open 1 Sunday a month & rotate stylist working the shift Job responsibilities: Getting to know our brides in order to guide them and their guests through their bridal appointment Maintaining store floor neat and organized Scheduling appointments for clients in person & over the phone Taking body measurements for dress orders Tracking dresses in the store and payments Inventory and steam dresses Participation in content creation for our social media Taking initiative

Pay:

Starting at $13-17/hr (based on experience) Commissions - With commission hourly can be $2 to $5 higher. Potential for growth
