Job Summary:
The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will work as part of a cohesive team to support and enhance the experience of prospective residential customers. The ISR will report to the Inside Sales Supervisor and is responsible for inbound/outbound sales calls, web leads, completing the sales process and scheduling the install.
Essential Functions:

Create a positive customer experience with every contact Responsible for hitting all goals and metrics each month Process inbound web leads & sales calls from initial call/inquiry to schedule for install. Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects Assist in determining serviceability as well as creation and management of site surveys. Work with the technical and discovery teams to ensure surveys are completed timely and accurately. Manage order flow and adhere to established processes. Maintain an array of product costs and fees (routers, towers, license fees, phone systems, etc). Ability to establish multiple, internal working relationships within various levels of the organization. Work as part of a cohesive inside sales team inclusive of the Inside Sales Supervisor, Sales Operations Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing, pre-and-post-sale technical teams, Business Development, and Elite Care Representatives. Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Self-motivated with a competitive spirit Ability to read, write, speak and understand English/Spanish Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Displays professionalism with customers and team members Extreme attention to detail Computer savvy and quick to learn new technology and software Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment, with high volumes and short SLAs Ability to build strong, working relationships with internal teams/departments Results oriented with effective problem-solving skills Ability to understand complex issues and drive through resolution Self-directed with the ability to handle simultaneous tasks while working efficiently, effectively, and thinks independently
High School Diploma Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 1 year previous inside sales experience or similar experience selling a product or service Previous experience in a performance driven role where hitting metrics is a requirement

Physical Demands:
Stationary position for 8-10 hours a day Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting, standing, operating computers and other office equipment and moving about the office. The employee must be able to communicate via email and verbally via telephone.
Working Hours/Days:
Full-time Requiring approximately 40 hours per week
