Job Description
Job Brief We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a process driven sales cycle environment. What does an Inside Sales Representative do? An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Responsibilities Process and qualify incoming sales calls. Develop a working knowledge of The Jack Olsta Co. products, services, and sales processes. Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with current and prospective customers. Contribute to The Jack Olsta Co.'s overall growth and profitability goals. Input and maintain data in the company CRM software. Represent and promote The Jack Olsta Co. professionally and ethically. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects. Qualifications Motivated, ambitious self-starter, driven to be successful. Strong prioritization and time management skills. Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with internal & external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Proven inside sales experience preferred but not required. Track record of over-achieving quota. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Experience working with a CRM. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
