Lead Generation Associate

Strataband Solutions is a sales and development firm seeking a full-time Lead Generation Associate to engage Plano customers in conversations about LeafGuard. This Lead Generation Associate role focuses on identifying potential concerns, creating initial interest, and supporting the early stages of the sales process by connecting customers with a long-term gutter protection solution. As a Lead Generation Associate, you'll help customers understand whether LeafGuard's seamless gutter system is right for their home, and you'll schedule professional evaluations for those who qualify. The Lead Generation Associate's sales training focuses on lead management: you'll learn how to assess eligibility, how to explain LeafGuard's benefits, and how to maintain accurate records. Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Associate Connect with customers in residential settings to present Leafguard gutter guards and create strong sales leads for premium leaf protection. Build value‑focused appointments by explaining LeafGuard's unique design and supporting the sales team's evaluation process. Increase conversion rates through clear, benefit‑centered sales messaging that encourages customers to book consultations. Identify high‑potential prospects during outreach and secure commitments that feed directly into the sales pipeline. Keep organized lead notes and follow‑ups to ensure the sales team receives accurate, actionable opportunities. Support overall sales performance by consistently producing high‑intent leads for LeafGuard's premium gutter protection.
