• What You'll Be Doing
• + Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

+ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. + Provide exceptional customer service and support. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. + Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. + This position requires daily, visible presence in the Dallas Fort Worth market area.

• What Are We Looking For
• + Background in aggregates or similar (concrete, ready-mix, cement, asphalt, building materials) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships. + Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. + Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. + Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools. + Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred. + Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.

• Physical Demands of the Job

• + $85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
