What You'll Do:

Engage and build relationships with customers through online inquiries and referrals Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and referral platforms Provide pricing quotes, inventory updates, and personalized recommendations to prospects Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-person visits Showcase and demonstrate inventory with enthusiasm and expertise Process credit applications and assist customers through the sales process Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and certifications Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads Contribute to the company's success by maintaining exceptional Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and meeting dealership standards
