Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers and help them understand their vehicle service options. Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, and other vehicle glass concerns Explain available auto glass repair and replacement services Answer customer questions and provide helpful product and service information Assist customers with the insurance claims process Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer experience Represent AGC Auto Glass & Car Care in a professional manner Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing training and professional development
