Our growing private optometry practice in Kyle is looking for a warm, polished, service-oriented professional to join our optical team. We specialize in independent eyewear collections, made-in-the-USA products, performance and sports vision solutions, and exceptional customer service. Optical experience is welcome but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, fashion, jewelry, fitness, or consultative sales are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Help customers select frames and lens solutions that fit their lifestyle, vision needs, and personal style. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through relationship-building, education, and personalized recommendations. Present premium eyewear and lens options and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Process eyewear orders and ensure accuracy from selection through delivery. Perform frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs. Maintain the optical gallery, inventory, and other day-to-day optical operations, including basic lab responsibilities. What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable building relationships with new people. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confident making recommendations and guiding purchasing decisions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Positive team player with a strong work ethic. Must pass a background check. Preferred Experience Luxury retail, hospitality, eyewear, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or consultative sales. Knowledge of vision insurance or optical products is a plus. Optical experience or ABO certification is welcome but not required.
