Job Description

Sell homes people are proud to live in Ventura Homes by Jeff Seal is one of Lubbock's most active luxury home builders, with more than 75 homes under construction at any given time across the $500,000 to $1.2 million range. We build at a scale that few local builders match — and we're looking for a sales specialist who can match that pace. This is not a traditional listing agent role. You won't be waiting for leads to arrive. You'll be building a pipeline from the ground up — cultivating agent relationships, previewing homes before completion, and guiding buyers through the process of purchasing a home that hasn't been fully built yet. What You'll Do Own the full sales process Build and maintain active relationships with the top buyer's agents in the Lubbock market, particularly those working at the $400K+ price point List homes on MLS early in the construction cycle — at permit or foundation stage — to create buyer awareness and urgency ahead of completion Host agent-only preview events at key construction milestones to keep the agent community informed and engaged Maintain a monthly inventory update distributed to top producing agents — upcoming completions, available lots, floor plan options Manage buyer relationships from first contact through closing, coordinating with construction and ownership throughout Track every lead source and report on pipeline health weekly — we need to know what's working Represent the builder professionally on job sites, in model homes, and at industry events What We're Looking For A proven relationship builder Experience in new construction sales — whether at a production builder, a custom builder, or in a buyer's agent role at the luxury price point Deep familiarity with the Lubbock real estate market and its active agent community Active Texas Real Estate License preferred — or willingness to obtain one Proactive by nature: you generate momentum rather than wait for it Comfortable on an active job site as well as in a finished home or sales meeting Strong communicator with a professional, consultative presence that fits the $500K-$1.2M buyer Organized and data-driven — you track your pipeline and know your numbers
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
