Ernie Smith & Sons Roofing is looking for motivated, hungry, and driven SALES killers to join our growing team. What You'll Do:

Generate new residential roofing leads Perform roof inspections and property assessments Meet homeowners and guide them through the insurance/restoration process Build relationships and close deals Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout projects Represent a trusted local company with professionalism and confidence

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic Sales experience is preferred but not required Door-to-door or commission sales experience is a plus Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and stay motivated Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
