Business Development Representative

Overview We are seeking a motivated and community-oriented Business Development Representative to drive the growth of our donation collection base in designated markets. This role focuses on identifying and securing manned stations, in-line and donation bin sites, as well as cultivating partnerships and fundraising opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with local charities, businesses, and government entities to acquire excess products and merchandise, including through our PTB (Product to Benefit) program. This is a strategic position aimed at expanding our reach and impact through strong community engagement and resource development. Responsibilities Work with CM/ Fundraiser Director to coordinate and pre-plan your weekly schedule. Target local businesses where a collection bin, or bins, can be contractually placed. Source clothing drives, University Dorm move outs, and local HOAs Community Garage Sales. Partner with local Estate Sale companies to build partnerships for excess merchandise pick up. Work with local Schools and School Districts to implement Textile Recycling programs. Target partners within markets. CM/Fundraiser Director Starting Salary :

$65,000.00 Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of business development, sales, or marketing Experience in Thrift retail is preferred Experience with partnering with charities is preferred Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport Networking ability with clients, partners, and stakeholders Follow-through and client care to maintain long-term relationships
