We are looking for motivated, outgoing sales representatives to help us grow our customer base across the RGV. This is a flexible, commission-based field sales role. You will be going door to door in residential neighborhoods introducing our pest control and lawn care services to homeowners. You get paid when the job is completed -- the more you close, the more you make.

Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods Present and explain pest control and lawn care service options to homeowners Sign up new customers and collect necessary information Represent Texas Soil & Pest Management professionally at all times

Requirements:
