Core duties include:

Identify and target new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within a designated territory . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. This involves understanding their needs and providing tailored coating solutions . Promote products through presentations and technical discussions. Communicate the benefits and competitive advantages of different coating systems (e.g., epoxy, urethane, thermal spray) . Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software, Monitor market trends and competitor activity, Prepare sales forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams (like marketing and manufacturing) to ensure customer satisfaction .

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with industrial sectors like oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and heavy manufacturing is highly valued .

Technical Aptitude:

A solid understanding of coating applications (epoxy, urethane, etc.) and surface preparation is a major plus .

Sales & Interpersonal Skills:

Must have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals .

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively (sometimes up to 70%) within the territory and the ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at client sites
