About Us:

We're looking for a friendly, motivated person who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a memorable off-site and in-store experiences. This role is all about hospitality—guiding customers through the process, paying attention to the details, and helping them plan the perfect event or walk out with a hat they feel confident in.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a first-class customer experience from the first moment Guide customers through the full hat-buying experience, including sizing, styling, and shaping Educate customers on product details, materials, and proper hat care Assist with in-store hat customizations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor at all times Operate the register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently Support daily store operations, including restocking and inventory upkeep Coordinate and supervise off-site events.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Takes initiative and is eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Interest in Western wear, craftsmanship, or fashion is a plus Weekend availability is required

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
