Job Description

A Mobile Sales & Events Team Leader brings the Chick-fil-A experience to our guests beyond the Restaurant. As we expand our ADP sales locations and events, we are looking for dependable, organized individuals who take initiative, have a servant's heart, and enjoy serving others. This position is responsible for safely transporting our sales trailer, preparing each location for service, and leading an excellent guest experience from setup through closing. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the details, works with a sense of urgency, and upholds our standards for food safety, quality, hospitality, and cleanliness.

Mobile Sales & Events Team Leader Responsibilities:
Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by demonstrating our values and culture at every sales location and event Safely drive a tow vehicle and transport, position, and secure the sales trailer Complete pre-trip checks and communicate vehicle, trailer, or equipment concerns to Restaurant Leadership Load and organize food, equipment, packaging, and supplies so each sales location is ready for service Set up the trailer and sales area on time, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Provide attentive and courteous service, take accurate orders, process payments, and respond respectfully to guest needs Follow all food safety procedures, including monitoring cooked-food holding times and temperatures, rotating product, and removing food that no longer meets standards Coordinate with the Restaurant to maintain product availability and communicate replenishment needs Guide Team Members during events, clearly communicate responsibilities, and lead by example Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service Complete closing duties, reconcile sales and payments, track remaining inventory and waste, and return equipment and supplies to the Restaurant Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid state-issued driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements Ability to safely operate a tow vehicle and trailer; prior towing experience preferred Strong commitment to superior customer service Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Dependability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of an event's readiness and execution Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and food quality Understanding of food safety practices or willingness to learn and consistently follow required procedures Ability to perform the physical duties of trailer setup, loading, unloading, and event service, with reasonable accommodation as needed Availability for event schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Prior experience in restaurant operations, catering, event service, or team leadership preferred Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
