Used car sales person, MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE

Duties Manage and support the entire sales process from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory management. Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with prospects and customers via outbound calls or face-to-face meetings. Collaborate with the sales management team on developing new strategies for dealership or retail environments to boost overall performance. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, or retail sales environments; dealership experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured pipeline. Experience in automobile sales or related fields involving inventory management is advantageous. Outstanding communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage clients confidently. Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory control purposes. Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with proactive marketing efforts. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on upselling opportunities that benefit both the client and company goals.
