As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions, networking, and direct outreach. You will work primarily in the field, engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, deliver product presentations, and close sales. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who excels at prospecting, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be a key ambassador for our Company, helping to expand our customer base and grow revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to address and Mitigate customer issues with management and supervisors.
- Advanced computer skills.

- Good time management, planning and organization skills.
- Identify and engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, emails, networking, etc.).
- Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet client needs.
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, close deals, and ensure smooth transitions for customers.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of direct sales experience.
- Solid computer skills in MS Office and TSD partner systems.
- Work flexible schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
- Satisfactory and insurable driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to continuously stand & walk.
- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Occasionally bend & stoop.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Computer work which includes substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers and close visual acuity.
