Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Midlothian, TX. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and driving revenue growth. Tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating strategic plans for business expansion, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. As a key team member, the individual will actively contribute to achieving company goals and fostering long-term client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and building client relationships Strong skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency with Google workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively Background or experience in landscaping, outdoor services, or a related industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
