7:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - Closing We're hiring Car Wash Attendants with a strong focus on sales, work ethic, and reliability. If you're great with people, confident pitching products, and take pride in doing things the right way—you'll thrive here. This is a physically active, hands-on role where you'll engage with customers, sell memberships, and help maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing site. We are not looking for someone who's just passing through or juggling multiple jobs. We want committed, dependable team members who are ready to grow with us.

What You'll Do:

Sell Memberships & Upsell Services Greet every customer with professionalism and energy Explain our wash packages and pitch membership plans with confidence Earn commission for every membership you sell Handle membership updates, plan changes, and cancellations Customer Experience Interact with customers in the vacuum area—offer amenities and check on their experience Deliver a friendly, helpful, and consistent experience for every guest Maintain a clean, family-friendly atmosphere Daily Maintenance & Site Cleanliness Perform required morning and nightly maintenance to ensure equipment is in proper working order Use tools such as wash brushes, grease guns, pressure washers, soap buckets, and brooms Keep all areas of the site clean, stocked, and ready for customers Work with cleaning agents such as Dawn dish soap, chlorine, bleach, and SOS pads as part of daily cleaning tasks Follow daily checklists and report any issues to the manager immediately

Strong sales and people skills—confident talking to anyone and motivated to earn commission Hardworking and fully committed to this job (we're not a side hustle) Available to work weekdays and weekends during assigned shifts Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment—this is Texas, and it gets HOT Able to lift 15-35 lbs and complete physical tasks Reliable transportation and on-time attendance required 18+ years old and willing to take a drug test Honest, respectful, and a team player
