The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions with 130+ locations nationwide. We specialize in lash extensions, brow services, and creating a luxury, confidence-boosting experience for every guest.

THIS IS NOT A RECEPTIONIST ROLE

We are hiring a Front Desk Sales Coordinator — someone who is confident, outgoing, and motivated to drive bookings, sell memberships, and grow revenue . If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and being rewarded for performance, this is a great fit. If you prefer a quiet, administrative role, this is NOT the job for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments Follow up with leads (calls, texts, emails) Sell memberships and retail products Optimize the schedule to maximize bookings Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

COMPENSATION

Hourly base + commission + bonuses Monthly bonuses up to $750 Typical earnings: $17-$22+/hr depending on performance Top performers earn more

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE): Must be available evenings and weekends Must be available Sundays (12-5 PM) Must have flexibility to cover shifts as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have prior work experience (sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar) Strong communication and customer interaction skills Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR

This is not an entry-level role . This position is best suited for candidates not currently in school and able to commit to a consistent work schedule.
